Management Accountant

An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Management Accountant to join a growing business. This role combines financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, budgeting, and process improvement while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and performance. Benefits Bonus scheme Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office) Company pension Study support where applicable Progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative environment Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs Deliver financial analysis, forecasts, and business performance insights Support budgeting, financial modelling, and strategic planning Monitor cash flow and working capital performance Prepare VAT returns and support audits and statutory reporting Maintain accurate financial records and controls Improve finance systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency Support decision-making through meaningful financial reporting Experience Required ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified Experience producing management accounts Strong forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management skills Experience supporting audits and statutory accounts Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Desirable Experience with finance and CRM systems Credit control and working capital improvement experience Process improvement and business growth exposure If you have not been ..... full job details .....
