Management Accountant

This is a hands-on role that combines core accounting responsibilities with financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow management, and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping leadership understand business performance, identify opportunities, manage risk, and support sustainable growth across the organisation. Produce variance analysis and provide clear commentary on business performance. Prepare board and management reporting packs including PandL, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and key financial insights. Support leadership by explaining financial results, forecasts, and business performance. Deliver reliable financial reporting to support informed decision-making. Forecasting, Budgeting and Planning Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections. Support the annual budgeting process through robust financial analysis.
