The role will play a key part in producing accurate and timely management information, supporting strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and providing guidance and support to junior members of the finance team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.Take ownership of overhead reporting and control across the business.Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances.Partner with operational teams to analyse performance and identify efficiencies.Provide financial insights and support to budget holders and senior management.Assist with audits, statutory accounts, VAT and Corporation Tax returns.Support cash flow management, forecasting and treasury activities.Mentor and support the Finance Apprentice when ..... full job details .....
