This is a key role within a high-performing finance team, helping to scale and professionalise the finance function.The roleWe are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Management Accountant to join the finance team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, operationally focused business.As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysisBudgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoringSupporting month-end and year-end reporting processesAssisting with KPI reporting and financial analysis for business unitsEnsuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information to senior managementIdentifying process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiencySupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as neededWhat the client is looking for Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar financial reporting roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and management accounting processesProficiency with accounting/ERP systemsAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilityHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
