This position sits at the heart of service delivery and will focus on improving automation, security, monitoring, patch management, and endpoint management across a diverse customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer with a background in MSPs who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving service improvements, and building scalable solutions that make a measurable difference. You''ll work closely with technical, projects, support, and service delivery teams to improve operational standards and enhance customer outcomes. What You''ll Be DoingLeading the development and improvement of managed service standards, processes, and tooling.Designing and maintaining automation workflows using PowerShell, APIs, and platform-native automation tools.Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, endpoint, security, networking, and backup issues.Driving improvements across patch compliance, monitoring, security, onboarding, and backup resilience.Managing and optimising RMM platforms, monitoring policies, alerting thresholds, and reporting capabilities.Supporting service design, technical consultancy, and pre-sales activities where required.Working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and ..... full job details .....
