This position would suit someone with at least two years'' hands-on service experience within an MPS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServicing and supporting Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera devicesDiagnosing and resolving equipment faults on client sites in accordance with SLA requirementsCarrying out both reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenanceEnsuring all work is completed within agreed response times and to a high professional standardInstalling and configuring devices, including network setup and end-user trainingBuilding strong, professional relationships with clients through excellent customer serviceLiaising closely with the Call Control team to ensure seamless service deliveryAbout YouMinimum two years'' experience in a field-based MPS technical support roleConfident in maintaining and repairing photocopier and print equipmentManufacturer-certified training would be advantageousComfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within ..... full job details .....
