This is a client-side position overseeing M&E works delivered by external contractors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior M&E Project Engineer, Project Managers, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure installations are completed safely, on programme and in accordance with approved designs, specifications and relevant British Standards. The project portfolio includes Mechanical and Electrical installations, infrastructure improvements, lighting upgrades and sustainability projects, with individual project values ranging from approximately -50,000 to -5 million.
