M&E Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced M&E Surveyor for a contract assignment based in Durham. You will deliver mechanical and electrical surveys, producing clear reports that inform maintenance or refurbishment planning. This role pays a day rate of £300.


The Role
As the M&E Surveyor, you''ll:

• Carry out detailed mechanical and electrical surveys across assigned sites.
• Record plant, systems, capacities and layout information accurately. - Produce clear, concise survey reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identify defects, compliance issues and capacity constraints for projects.
• Liaise with site contacts to arrange access and verify information.

You
To be successful as the M&E Surveyor, you''ll have:

• Proven experience delivering M&E or building-services surveys.
• Strong technical report-writing and survey documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical services and components.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
