The successful candidate will be overseeing the delivery of Electrical and building services on site. You will be responsible for supervising the mechanical, electrical and building trades staff and specialist contractors. The successful candidate would need to have these qualifications - i.e. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical principle and hold a ECS/JIB Gold Crad and have a keen interest in supervising engineers. If you have lead experience in a facilities management setting that would be a plus!
