M&E Site Manager-Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all M&E activities on site from installation through to completion. Supervise M&E subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Coordinate mechanical and electrical services with the main construction programme and other trades. Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical information. Monitor progress, quality, and installation standards across the project. Liaise closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site. Ensure all works comply with relevant health & safety regulations and project requirements.
