This role will be responsible for managing M&E activities from installation through commissioning and handover, ensuring work is completed safely, to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. M&E Site Manager Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for all M&E activities across the residential project. Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors to maintain programme delivery. Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and building regulations. Monitor quality standards and carry out inspections and snagging processes. Lead site health & safety compliance and enforce safe working practices. Chair and attend coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Review and manage installation progress against programme milestones.
