The development comprises three new-build warehouse units. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery throughout the construction process Key Responsibilities Manage site inductions and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with risk assessments and method statements to maintain a safe working environment. Perform and document equipment safety checks. Deliver daily Toolbox Talks to reinforce health and safety standards. Monitor progress against the project programme and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all works comply with contract drawings and specifications. Conduct and record quality inspections of installations. Provide regular progress reports to M&E Contracts Managers. Maintain effective daily communication with the main contractor Essential Qualifications Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. CSCS Gold Card... Contract
