Due to growth and expansion a M & E Manager is required to support the business on a full time and permanent basis. M&E Manager duties and responsibilities: Overseeing the design, installation and maintenance of essential services and equipment found in all buildings, including but not limited to Water, gas and electricity supplies Lighting, heating and air-conditioning ICT Security systems Lifts and escalators Ensuring efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation and maintenance of all essential systems Ensure all completed projects (homes, schools, workplaces etc) are healthy and comfortable places for the client Work alongside estimators and construction delivery teams. Reviewing installation plans and specifications to ensure that they deliver what the building/client needs.
