EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The successful candidate should have solid construction site experience, ideally with a background in: Housing / residential developments Groundworks and civil engineering Small car parks and external works Kerbing / curbs and edging External paving and paving slabs Concrete slabs and hardstanding Drainage and utilities Roads, access routes and footpaths Foundations and associated groundworks Working with subcontractors and plant operators Managing small teams and multiple trades ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience managing construction sites or leading site teams. Good understanding of health & safety and RAMS. Ability to read construction drawings and understand levels and setting-out information.
