This is a hands-on role responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ensuring systems remain safe, reliable and fully operational. The Role You''ll be responsible for: Carrying out PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance across critical M&E systems. Maintaining and fault-finding on UPS, generators, HV/LV electrical systems, PDU''s, CRAC units, chillers, HVAC and BMS . Monitoring critical environmental conditions including temperature and humidity. Responding to plant faults and alarms and ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly. Maintaining accurate shift logs, site records and maintenance documentation. Supervising contractors and ensuring permits, RAMS and safe working practices are followed.
