This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS who has a strong background working for an M&E contractor and has successfully managed the commercial delivery of major M&E projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of M&E projects from start to completion. Manage project costs, valuations, variations, applications and final accounts. Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and forecasts. Manage subcontractor accounts and procurement. Identify and maximise commercial opportunities while managing financial risk. Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and site teams. Manage contractual notices and change control. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and commercial targets.
