The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in accordance with contractual requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Management Manage the commercial aspects of M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account settlement. Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract packages and supplier agreements. Administer subcontractor payments, variations, claims and contractual correspondence. Monitor project costs and identify risks and opportunities to maximise project performance. Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment and cost reports. Manage change control procedures and ensure accurate record keeping. Financial Control & Reporting Provide accurate forecasting of costs, revenue, margin and cash flow.
