The project is a new-build commercial office for a government department, with the M&E package valued at approximately -25m to -30m. M&E installation is due to commence in early next year, making this a key appointment as the project moves into the delivery phase. This is a senior role with genuine responsibility. You''ll take overall commercial responsibility for the M&E package across the project, working closely with the wider project team and leading a small commercial team comprising of 1-2 Assistant Quantity Surveyors and a Quantity Surveyor.
