They have recently secured a new -25m Residential New Build project based in East London and require an Intermediate/ Project-M&E QS to assist with this project and support their Senior QS on site. This project is in preconstruction through to the start of 2027-with an anticipated handover date in mid 2028. Experience working within the residential sector would be highly beneficial along with experience working for a top 10 M&E Contractor. Experience working on M&E Projects valued over -10m within the UK would be expected with a proven track record of completing projects through to final handover.
