Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor a role mixed between office and client/site meetings.

Managing a few projects simultaneously and ensuring visits are made in accordance to the need of the projects. Hence need a very well organised Quantity Surveyor

This M&E Quantity Surveyor must have enough experience to run their own projects and demonstrate a proven track record working on MEP projects across commercial and industrial sectors. You will also support the business commercially and work close with the construction team.

Typical responsibilities:

• Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
• Produce monthly commercial reports
• Monthly financial reviews
• Support Pre-construction
• Cash flow forecasting
• Dispute resolution
• Validation of Contracts
• Procurement
• To agree and resolve final accounts
• Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
• Cost value reconciliations and the variations'' procedures
• Risk and opportunity management procedures
• Attend meetings
