This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a major -20 million M&E package , currently in the pre-construction phase and scheduled for a 2-year on-site programme . You will play a key role in taking the project from pre-construction through to successful handover, working closely with the client, design teams, commercial department, and site delivery teams. The Role Lead the delivery of a -20m M&E package on a large-scale residential development. Manage the project from pre-construction through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate design development, programme management, subcontractors, and client relationships. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
