This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business managing projects from initial quotation through to completion. Projects typically include plant replacements, HVAC upgrades, electrical installations, lighting upgrades, infrastructure improvements and other M&E works, ranging from smaller reactive projects through to larger planned schemes. The role will involve: Managing multiple M&E projects simultaneously from inception to handover. Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, budgets and commercial performance. Managing subcontractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
