M&E Project Manager - Electrically biased

Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Hampshire

Salary: c-65k - -70k plus package

The company:

Hampshire based M&E Contractor established over 30 years delivering M&E services into numerous sectors throughout the Hampshire and surrounding areas.

The Role:

Overseeing Electrical projects up to the value of -2m-in numerous sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, MOD, government.

Responsible dealing with clients and partners to achieve smooth operational and commercial progression of projects whilst ensuring health, safety & welfare is maintained.

Managing projects from conception through to completion.

Ensuring that complete and comprehensive records are collated and maintained covering all aspects of quality control, system/equipment testing, water treatment, commissioning and equipment maintenance.

Attend on site meetings and providing technical support and expertise.

Managing variation costings and control with the Quantity Surveyor and main contractor.

Responsible for handover to clients and after care.

Requirements

CSCS Managers Card.

SMSTS

Degree/HND/HNC in relevant subject advantageous.

Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Will have previous experience successfully delivering commercial M&E projects up to the value of -2m.

Will have excellent communication skills.
