M&E Project Manager

Project Manager – London (Surrounding Areas)
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on seeing a job through from start to finish? This is your chance to take charge of high-profile projects, leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering outstanding results.

You’ll be the driving force that keeps everything on track — from reviewing RAMS and coordinating subcontractors, to ensuring safety compliance and keeping costs under control. You’ll work closely with clients, site teams, and suppliers, using your leadership skills to get the very best out of everyone involved.

In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of projects from planning to completion.

• Prepare, monitor, and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

• Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.

• Keep budgets on track and report on progress and performance.

• Procure plant, materials, and subcontractor packages to meet deadlines.

• Oversee all site documentation, including O&M manuals and drawing approvals.

You should have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, from an M&E construction background.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Confidence with MS Project and MS Excel.

• A solid grasp of RAMS, H&S processes, and compliance requirements.
