You''ll take responsibility for managing the mechanical package on site, coordinating M&E subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality, while working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team. What we''re looking for: Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager with a strong mechanical background. Previous CAT A and/or CAT B commercial fit out experience. Ability to coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors. Strong knowledge of commissioning, QA and handover processes. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
