With an MEP value of circa -50m and 2.5 years remaining on the programme , this is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for a substantial, technically demanding residential scheme. The Role Reporting into the project leadership team, you will manage the mechanical and electrical works, ensuring delivery meets the programme, technical requirements and quality standards expected within the super prime residential sector. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating M&E subcontractors and their interfaces with the wider construction team. Reviewing designs, technical submissions and installation proposals.
