Based on a project in the Reading area, due to run for the next two years, you will oversee M&E delivery from design through to practical completion. This opportunity would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager from an M&E contractor background looking to move into main contracting, or an M&E Manager with existing main contractor experience. The Role Manage the M&E works throughout design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Review designs for coordination, buildability and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate M&E subcontractors, consultants and the wider construction team. Monitor progress against the programme, resolving technical and delivery issues.
