The role will take full responsibility for the management, coordination and quality assurance of all mechanical and electrical installations on a complex, design-led scheme. This position requires a strong technical background in residential M&E systems, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with design teams, specialist subcontractors and the wider project delivery team to achieve the highest standards expected in prime residential construction.
