M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - are you an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America''s major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package:
- Basic salary of $165K - $185K (-90K - -100K)
- Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review design information, sub-contractor tenders and lead meetings
- Provide support to the bid team during the pre-construction stage
- Support the site delivery teams and review MEP installations
- Develop relationships and support at commissioning stage

Requirements:
- Experience working as an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager
- Experience working on large scale projects valued at -25m+
- Experience working for main contractor or Tier 1 sub-contractor
- Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a M&E Manager / Building Services Manager on D&B projects (-25m+).
