M&E Manager

I''m currently recruiting for an M&E Manager for a 6-month contract with a leading organisation in Surrey.

-400 per day | 6 months | 2 days per week in the office

The role will focus on heating, M&E, decarbonisation and net-zero programmes, with a strong emphasis on finding practical solutions across existing housing stock.

You''ll be looking at:

• Heating system functionality and improvement
• Alternative heating solutions and new technologies
• Decarbonisation and net-zero programmes
• Planned M&E programmes
• Contractor and programme management
• Working within occupied properties
• Finding solutions where space, access or existing infrastructure creates challenges
• Balancing technical requirements with customer needs and disruption

I''m particularly interested in people who can demonstrate examples of thinking outside the box and finding practical solutions, whether that''s installing new heating technology in a property with limited space, adapting a programme around residents, or finding an alternative approach when the original solution isn''t viable.

Experience across housing, local authority, social housing, property services or similar environments would be highly beneficial.
