We are currently recruiting an experienced M&E Manager with a strong mechanical bias to join their team on a 12-month freelance contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E professional looking for a long-term freelance position, with responsibility for multiple residential developments and the opportunity to take ownership of the M&E delivery from pre-start through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, consultants, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
