You will be responsible for coordinating the M&E works from design and installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site. Coordinate M&E works with the construction, design and fit-out teams. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Manage RFIs and resolve design and coordination issues. Monitor M&E progress against the construction programme. Oversee quality inspections, benchmarks, snagging and close-out. Ensure works comply with relevant specifications, Building Regulations and H&S requirements. Manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems. Coordinate O&M manuals, as-built information and handover documentation. Report progress, risks and key issues to the Project Manager/Director.
