The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and coordination of mechanical and electrical building services, working closely with the project, design and commercial teams to ensure M&E packages are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage the delivery of mechanical and electrical services throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate M&E design, installation, commissioning and handover activities • Manage and monitor specialist M&E subcontractors • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Managers and commercial teams • Review M&E designs, drawings, specifications and technical submissions • Identify and resolve design coordination and buildability issues • Ensure M&E installations are delivered in accordance with approved designs and specifications • Monitor progress against the construction programme and key project milestones • Coordinate building services with structural, architectural and other construction pa...
