Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Up to -45,000 + Overtime Available

About the Role

A leading facilities services provider is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support operations across high-profile commercial sites, including major transport infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining critical systems such as HVAC, control systems, pumping stations, and electrical plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site protocols
• Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance (preferably in commercial or industrial settings)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
