M&E, HVAC / AHU Engineer
- Salary: £43,800 per annum plus company vehicle, tools provided, uniform etc
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

- Responsible for carrying out skilled maintenance and repair works by managing and maintaining our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services and systems.
- Carry out all mechanical and electrical repairs to plant in accordance with schedules.
- Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety requirements.
- Responsible for completing proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs encompassing either plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation installations.
- Ensuring the recording of all maintenance works when completed are posted through the appropriate, equipment, systems and documentation as required by the Company Management System.
- Attend and resolve any reactive or planned taskings as directed by line management.
- Reporting of all Health and Safety defects, near misses, dangerous occurrences and spillages to the Helpdesk.
- Qualifications: Mechanical/HVAC qualification, F-Gas Certification City & Guilds (2079) Cat 1, Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent, electrical qualifications (18th Edition, Test & Inspect etc)
- Experience: Skilled HVAC engineer with experience in instillation, maintenance, and fault finding across heating, AC, and refrigeration systems. Proficient with building controls and safety standards, with a proactive, team-focused approach.
- Skills: A competent, self-motivated professional who manages workloads efficiently, interprets job spec, and ensures quality completion. Adheres to safe systems of work and understands the needs and implications of RAMs. A proactive, customer-focused, flexible team player with strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
