M&E Estimator

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator position for and on behalf of one of our clients. 

The position is for a national contractor working in a. number of sectors, including commercial and residential. They are looking for someone situated in Oxfordshie to support with the estimating and tener process. 

The role is for a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Take offs
• Applying rates
• Cost controlling
• Attaining quotations from specialist contractors
• Utilising estimating software. 
• Some mechanical experience would be ideal. 
• Collating quotations and submitting tenders. 

Requirements for the Mecahnical & Electrical Estimator role are:

• Minimum of 1 years experience
• Technologically savvy. 
• Some construction knowledge. 
• Ideally experience tendering on projects over £250k.
