The role will involve working across High end Residential and Office Blocks-carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical building systems. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone confident working independently in plant rooms and building services environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and electrical systems Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC and building services equipment Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Work on heating systems, including control interfaces and heating circuits Attend reactive breakdowns and restore systems to full working order Inspect, test, and maintain ventilation and cooling systems Work with pumps, valves, and associated mechanical plant Basic fault finding on electrical systems linked to HVAC equipment Complete service reports and job documentation accurately Ensure compliance with health & safety proced...
