M&E Design Manager

Involve Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced M&E Design Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical design on commercial projects. This role ensures designs are coordinated, compliant, and buildable prior to and during construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage M&E design coordination from concept through to construction
• Review consultant and subcontractor designs
• Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and employer requirements
• Work closely with project delivery teams to resolve design issues
• Attend design and coordination meetings
• Support value engineering and technical problem solving

Requirements:

• Experience in an M&E Design Manager role
• Strong technical knowledge of building services design
• Background in commercial construction projects
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Relevant qualification in Building Services or Engineering discipline
