Due to new contract wins they are seeking a Contract Manager to manage a mobile team looking after a mixture of commercial office space, industrial, and high end residential sites. This role will suit a Contract Manager that wants to take ownership of new clients at the start of the contract, and that wants to progress their career as the company grows. Main Duties: Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract. Profit and loss management on contracts worth around -1 million per annum. Provide an escalation point for service performance. Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance. Develop strong relationships with the clients site management teams.- Qualifications/Experience needed: Technical background with qualifications-in electrical or mechanical engineering.
