This role requires someone who has previously led BIM teams on large, multidisciplinary projects and is confident managing both the technical and operational aspects of BIM delivery. Responsibilities Lead the Mechanical & Electrical BIM function across multiple project workstreams. Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, ISO 19650 and client information standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across MEP, Structural, Civil and Architectural disciplines. Lead clash detection and model coordination using federated models.
