Help people live independently. Earn £14 per hour, with a discretionary £1,000 annual bonus, funded DBS and a predictable rota.Male Support Worker, NightsLocation: Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7NU Salary: £14.00 per hour, equivalent to £28,028 per annum Contract: Full time, permanent Hours: 38.5 paid hours per week Shifts: Nights, 12 hour shifts on a two week rolling shift pattern.Working pattern: Rolling two week rota, with three shifts one week and four the next, including alternate weekendsPlease read before applyingTo be considered, you must: Be male, as this role involves providing intimate personal care where a male worker is required to protect the individual s privacy and dignity.Have at least six months experience in supported living or supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or complex needs.Be available to work the full time night rota, including alternate weekends.Already have the right to work in the UK for the contracted hours without employer sponsorship.
