About the Role We''re looking for an experienced Male Support Worker to join our specialist Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service in Hildenborough, supporting five men with learning disabilities, autism, communication needs and behaviours of concern. This is a rewarding but highly specialist role, where your experience, approach and values will have a direct impact on the lives of the people we support. Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern within a PBS environment is essential.
