Due to the personal care guidance, role modeling, and specific relational needs outlined in the student''s EHCP, this position is genuinely restricted to male applicants. Key Responsibilities Relationship Building & Engagement (Home-Based): Build a foundation of trust using a low-demand, relational approach. Connect through shared interests, particularly gaming (e.g., Roblox) and hands-on, creative activities. Create a calm, predictable environment that accommodates sensory needs and minimises pressure.
