      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: &amp;pound;92.56 - &amp;pound;98.00/day | Type: Contract | Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Male Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and well-resourced school in South Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.  You will be working within a specialist SEN environment supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. A male Learning Support Assistant is specifically sought to meet the pastoral and safeguarding needs of the student.     Key Responsibilities:   Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs  Implement and follow individual Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans and personalised support strategies  Deploy proactive and de-escalation-based behaviour management techniques to manage and reduce challenging behaviour  Act as a positive, stable, and consistent male role model for students  Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and the wider pastoral team  Build trusting, professional relationships with pupils in order to promote engagement...</description>
