Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)£ A friendly and inclusive school in Ascot (SL5) is seeking a Male SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and socially. Youandrsquo;ll work closely with teachers and the SEN department to provide personalised support and create a positive learning environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and social-emotional needs
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies
• Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
• Support pupils during lessons and in social settings to promote inclusion
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure progress

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Calm, resilient, and adaptable approach to challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
• Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
