Male Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - South East London - September Start - 100- 117 per dayRemedy Education are currently recruiting for a confident and resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work within a supportive school based in South East London from September.This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, ADHD, ASD, trauma, or additional learning needs. The school are looking for a strong role model who can build positive relationships, set clear boundaries, and help pupils stay engaged in learning.The Role:Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs on a 1:1 and small group basisHelping pupils regulate emotions and re-engage with learningUsing positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniquesSupporting classroom routines, transitions and structured activitiesWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staffEncouraging confidence, independence and positive decision-makingHelping maintain a calm and safe learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience in behaviour support, SEN, youth work, mentoring, coaching, care or educationBe calm, confident and resilientHave strong communication and behaviour management skillsBe able to build positive relationships with pupilsBe reliable, proactive and professionalBe available from SeptemberThe Role Offers: 100- 117 per daySeptember startSouth East London locationFull-time, long-term opportunitySupportive school teamExcellent ..... full job details .....
