The role includes providing personal care, mobility assistance, communication support, and community access. A full UK driving licence is essential.   Responsibilities:     Provide full personal care and support with all activities of daily living.   Deliver PEG feeding (gastrostomy care) in line with care plans.   Support with epilepsy management, including administration of emergency medication when required.   Support asthma care and general health monitoring.   Assist with moving and handling, including hoist use and supported mobility.   Support communication using non-verbal methods such as gestures, facial expressions, and picture-based systems.   Ensure safety at all times, including supervision due to mouthing/chewing behaviours.   Support community access, appointments, and social activities.
