Major Works Surveyor

We are recruiting a Major Works Surveyor for an established social housing provider based in Surrey, supporting their property services and major works team! As a Major Works Surveyor, you will be responsible for investigating complex property defects, preparing technical specifications and managing remedial works through to completion. You will manage a live caseload of complex repairs while working closely with residents and external contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Major Works Surveyor to join a well-established social housing provider in a permanent role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
