You will provide expert advice, diagnostics, specifications, and contract management across a wide range of repairs and improvements, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs and support LHP''s operational and commercial targets.As a Major Works Surveyor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support your daily activities. This could include customers'' homes, our main offices in Boston or Grimsby, our community hubs, your home, local cafés, or wherever suits you best.
