Major Projects Manager We are seeking an experienced Major Projects Manager to lead the safe, compliant, high-quality and profitable delivery of major construction projects across the UK. This is a pivotal role with full accountability for site readiness, installation management, quality control, and progress validation. Acting as the primary operational lead on-site, you will ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, agreed programmes, quality standards, and approved budgets. You will play a key role in protecting project margin by preventing reattendance, quality defects, delays, and handover disputes - while ensuring accurate monthly applications for payment are prepared and supported by verified site progress and quality documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice-Based Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the Major Projects delivery function Act as the primary operational contact for all Major Projects Provide first-line escalation for site-related operational and quality issues Liaise with production and logistics teams to resolve delivery or installation constraints Monitor project progress through installation to completion Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records to support forecasting, cash flow and audits Monitor and mitigate installation-driven margin erosion Maintain project trackers, quality logs and dashboards Prepare and submit accurate monthly applications for payment Provide supporting documentation including ..... full job details .....
